The team at La Malmaison were great, especially Sylvie who checked us in. Her restaurant recommendations enhanced our experience. The personalized welcome and thoughtful touches. I also enjoyed the lovely city view from our room, with a picturesque glimpse of the surroundings.

Although the room offered a great view, there were a few minor issues that needed attention.

The location was perfect for walking to the beach and nearby cafes. Loved the clean bathrooms and relaxed vibe. We enjoyed our time at the Promenade and exploring the Old Town. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room itself was new-fashioned, spotless with balconies and had essentials I needed.

I found the staff extremely helpful. The room we booked was a priviledge double room and wasn't as large as we thought. The air conditioning wasn't working which was a bit disappointing, although room was clean and we had great views from the balcony.

The location of the hotel is very good. The bathroom is spacious and has a large window, so it gets a lot of natural light. The courtesy products in the bathroom were of good quality. The bed is great, very comfortable as well as the pillows. The temperature was very good. WIFI worked perfectly. All the receptionists were very friendly. . The room was just right for a short stay (two people carrying one carry-on each). The cleanliness of the room was perfect. Regarding breakfast, although the price was expensive they offered a more modest breakfast for a lower price which I think is a good option to offer.

They didn't include complimentary water in the room. we arrived, they didn't leave any spare toilet paper in the bathroom and roll that had already been started. room smelled musty (I'll clear it up), when we opened the windows in 10 minutes it was gone. There were no sockets in the room near the bed to charge the cell phones/tablets.

It was an OUTSTANDING experience. Loved Nice, the hotel was good quality close to everything. The staff was fabulously helpful and competent, everything was fantastic. The location of the venue was central, short walk to Old Town and the sea, the new tram stops and the beach, train station & a wide choice of bars & restaurants. Also, we were 2 km from Old Town.

Lots of food for breakfast, it was fab.

The hotel was very close to numerous shops and restaurants as well as the promenade, and a walking distance from the shopping area thanks to its best possible location. Furthermore, close to the Jean-Medecin tram stop on the T2 Line. The room was a nice size and newly decorated and had a view to city.
